1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipping.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Important Requirement – Unboxing Video
Customers must record a full unboxing video from opening the package to product testing.
The video must be clear and continuous (no cuts or edits).
Without an unboxing video, damage / missing / wrong product claims may not be accepted.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Physical damage after delivery.
Damage caused due to improper use.
Software issues or compatibility issues.
Change of mind after delivery.
No unboxing video proof.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Payment gateway processing time may vary depending on banks.
6. Replacement Policy
Replacement will be provided if the product is defective and under warranty terms.
Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Payment Gateway (Online Payment) Refunds
All refunds for online payments will be processed via the same payment gateway.
In case of transaction failure but amount deducted, refund is usually processed automatically within 3–7 banking days.
